Materials
What our chairs are made of
You choose the wood, the fabric and the finish. We tell you honestly what will survive your situation.
Solid wood
All our frames are solid wood, kiln-dried to 8–10% moisture. Under-dried timber warps in the first heating season and the joints start to creak.
Fabrics
We hold over 120 fabrics in stock. The criterion that matters most is not colour but abrasion resistance, measured in Martindale cycles. Below 20,000 we do not recommend it for daily use.
Leather
Two different things are sold under the same word, so we spell it out: full-grain leather patinates, eco-leather wears out. Both have their place.
Fillings and finishes
The part you never see, but which decides whether you still like the chair in five years.

Before you write to us
How much does a made-to-order chair cost?
The price depends on the model, the fabric you choose and the quantity — on larger orders the price per chair drops. Tell us which model interests you and how many you need, and you get a firm quote the same working day.
How long until I receive the order?
For orders up to 12 chairs the usual lead time is 15–25 working days. For large HoReCa runs we agree a staged schedule, with partial deliveries if needed.
Can I see the fabric before ordering?
Yes. In Moldova you visit the workshop and handle the samples. For clients in Europe we courier a set of fabric and wood finish samples to your address.
Can you copy a chair I already own?
In most cases yes. Send photos from 3–4 angles and the main dimensions. We reproduce or adapt the model, except for designs protected by copyright.
Do you deliver outside Moldova?
Yes. We regularly deliver to Italy, France, Germany, Romania, Switzerland and Spain. We pack for international freight and give you the shipping cost together with the quote.
What warranty do you offer?
5 years on the wooden frame and 2 years on the upholstery under normal domestic use. For HoReCa the upholstery warranty is 1 year because of the heavier wear.
Do you also repair or reupholster?
Yes. We reupholster existing chairs and replace damaged foam or frames, including old family furniture.
